Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot proceed with the order cancellation. If the cancellation is made before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, with the original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Please do not return the item to the manufacturer or our transit address.

Refund Procedures

After receiving and verifying the return, we will send you a notification via email to confirm receipt. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing time before the refund is officially posted.
